PURPOSE:To provide a polyether ketone resin compsn. having excellent impact resistance while retaining characteristics inherent to the resin, by blending a specified olefin copolymer with a polyether ketone. CONSTITUTION:50-99.5wt% polyether ketone (A) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-2.6 and contg. at least 75wt% repeating unit of the formula and 50-0.5wt% olefin copolymer (B) composed of an alpha-olefin and an alpha,beta-unsaturated acid glycidyl ester, such as an ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, are melt-mixed together by using an extruder, etc.
