This individual heating generator comprises a heat pump 8 comprising a compressor, a condenser, a pressure-reducer and an evaporator; it encloses in a single casing 9: the heat pump 8, a primary-side cold-source inlet pipe 14 equipped with an isolating valve 16 and with a motorised two-way valve 12, a primary-side discharge pipe 17 equipped with an isolating valve 19, a secondary-side outgoing pipe 20 equipped with an isolating valve 21 and with a circulator 22, a secondary-side return pipe 24 equipped with an isolating valve 26, each of these pipes 14, 17, 20, 24 being connected on the one hand to the heat pump 8 and on the other hand to an external connection on the casing 9, a thermostat 35 being provided to control the compressor 34 which controls the motorised valve 12. <IMAGE>
