PURPOSE:To provide a polyester resin compsn. having a high crystallization velocity, by blending a specified cyclic metal organophosphate. CONSTITUTION:A cyclic metal organophosphate of formula I (wherein R1, R2 are each H, alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, S ; M is a metal atom ; n is the valence of the metal) such as a compd. of formula II is used. 0.001-10pts.wt. said salt is blended with 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate.
