PURPOSE:To adjust particle diameter of an oil-soluble component and enable a reaction to proceed efficiently, by passing the oil-soluble component through minute holes provided in a hydrophilic substrate, when dispersing the oil-soluble component into a water-soluble component. CONSTITUTION:When dispersing an oil-soluble component (e.g., oleic acid) into a water-soluble component or an aqueous solution (e.g., glycerol) to induce a reaction in a heterogeneous system, the oil-soluble component is dispersed by passing it through minute holes (e.g., minute holes of about 0.3mm. in diameter) provided in a hydrophilic substrate (e.g., a gypsum board). Accordingly, the particle size of the oil-soluble component can be adjusted, and the reaction can be made to proceed efficiently.
