USE:An agent for alleviating male hormone or a remedy for prostatic hypertrophy. Having low toxocity, capable of being medicated orally. PREPARATION:1mol compound shown by the formula II is reacted with preferably 1-3mol salt of a carboxylic acid shown by the formula RCOOH in a solvent usually such as water, acetone, etc. at -30-120 deg.C for 10-30hr.
