PURPOSE:To efficiently recover an oil component in a layered form by solidifying the same from a creamy state, by providing an attachment machine to the rotatable shaft immersed in the oil component floated and gathered to a water surface by the partition plate in the vicinity of the discharge port of an oil separation tank. CONSTITUTION:Waste water enters an oil separation tank 1 from an introducing port 2 while the filth such as oil or grains of rice in water are finely divided by air bubbles 7 injected in front of a partition plate 8 provided with anotch hole 9 from the blow pipes 6 provided to the bottom part of said tank 1 through an air pipe 4 and transferred to the adjacent chamber from the notch hole 9 without being degraded by oxidation. Air is raised in the adjacent chamber partitioned by a partition plate 14 as fine air bubbles 13 from the blow pipes 12 provided to the bottom part of the tank 1 through an air pipe 10 while the oil component is raised in a state accompanied by air bubbles to be floated and gathered to water surface 3. The oil component is brought to a creamy state by an oil adhering machine 17 rotated while immersed in the oil component gathered near to the final stage and solidified with the elapse of time to be accumulated and grown on an oil adhering material in a layered form.
