PURPOSE:To prepare a low-cost solid fuel with a high calorific value of combustion, by mixing pineapple ring or sugar cane rind, coke and oil obtained by boiling waste tyre, and rosin in a specified belnd ratio and forming the mixture into shape or crushing it. CONSTITUTION:Waste tyre 1 is fed from a hopper 3 into a pressure cooker 4 and is boiled with hot air from a burner 5. Produced coke 6 is crushed in a crusher 7 and produced oil is stored in an oil tank 8. Pineapple rinds or sugar cane ringds are chopped in a chopper 10 and are dried in a drying oven 11. 30- 70% dried chopped rind, 69.4-25% crushed coke, 0.3% or higher oil and 15- 0.3% rosin are mixed in a mixer 12 and the mixture is fed into an extrusion molding machine 14 to produce solid fuel 15 or is crushed in a crusher 17 to obtain dust coal 18.
