Box made from a previously cut-out blank principally constituted by a bottom f, two opposite faces f1, f2, two external panels p1, p2 and two pairs of foldable flaps v1, v'1, v2, v'2 being respectively continuous with the two faces f1, f2, characterised in that the said blank comprises supplementary flaps vs2, vs'2, vs1, vs'1, v2, v'2 being continuous with the rest of the blank and which are foldable in such a way as to form a double bottom and two double lateral faces, in that the said double lateral faces are themselves each covered by a third reinforcing wall vs1, vs'1 which simultaneously serves as a locking device for each of the two intermediate walls v2, v'2 of these faces, and in that the two external panels are foldable in such a way as to form a double cover. <IMAGE>
