PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, having a laver sheet delivering device for placing one laver sheet automatically on the surface of each Japanese cracker sent on a conveyor, and capable of placing the laver sheet efficiently on the conveyed Japanese crackers in many rows without requiring hands. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for dropping Japanese crackers (S) flat in plural rows onto a conveyor 1 for conveying the Japanese crackers (S), conveying the Japanese crackers (S) one after another at a regular interval, passing the Japanese crackers through a steam chamber to moisten the surfaces thereof, sending the Japanese crackers (S) to a laver sheet delivering device, sending the laver sheet attracted to a suction port 19 on one side of a suction drum 9 and the drum 9 upward, placing the previous laver sheet (n1) on each Japanese cracker (S) on the conveyor 1 and holding the next laver sheet (n2) between the upper and lower rope belts 21 and 20.
