The present invention describes a package with a pouring device, consisting of a wrapping and an internal bag which is characterised in that there is already a surface constructed in a particular size in the blank of the internal bag, which surface has an intended tearing seam, preferably in the form of a scoring/counter-scoring or perforation, but which covers only three sides of the surfaces to be opened, and in that the wrapping likewise has an intended tearing seam, said intended tearing seam extending with a predetermined circumference beyond the intended tearing seam of the internal bag and, like the intended tearing seam of the internal bag, covering only three sides of the surface to be opened and being constructed at one point, preferably in the upper region, in the form of a tab. Mounted on the intended tearing seam of the internal bag is a shaped part which has a predeterminable size and shape which depends on the packaging material used.
