PURPOSE:To increase the heat recovering efficiency of a heat exchanger, by making a pipe to circulate fluid of which heat is to be recovered a multiple pipe in order to circulate heat recovering fluid by each pipe. CONSTITUTION:A fluid B to recover heat is fed into a heat exchanger pipe 7 on the low temperature side from the inlet port 12 of a feed header 6, passing through a lower connecting header 8, coming to a heat exchanger pipe 9 on the high temperature side, going out of the outlet port 13 of a collective header 10. During this time, the fluid B recovers heat from a fluid A which flows through a flow-path 1 and is heated by it. On the other hand, a heat recovering fluid C is fed from the inlet port 15 of an upper header 14, coming down to the lower end of a pipe 11, passing through the outer flow-path 16 of a double pipe 11, and then going out of the outlet port 18 of an upper header 14, passing through the inner flow-path 17 of a pipe 11. The fluid C recovers heat from the heated fluid B which circulates through the heat exchanger pipe 9 on the high temperature side and is heated by it during circulating through the double pipe 11. As mentioned above, the heat of a fluid C is recovered on the high temperature side of a fluid B, and also the fluid B and the fluid C are forcibly convective, so that film coefficient of heat transfer can be determined large and exchange of heat is further promoted, then much more sensible heat can be recovered from the fluid A. |
