PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the sealing performance by inerting a pressure releasing valve into a valve seat and forming an auxiliary chamber in a bellows installed onto the outer periphery of the pressure releasing valve and allowing a pressing force to act onto a gasket. CONSTITUTION:A pressure releasing valve 11 is equipped with a pressur releasing passage 22 in the center part, pressure releasing passage 22a which communicates from the prssure releasing passage 22 to an outside diameter part, and a communication passage 21 for releasing the gas in an auxiliary chamber 20 in a moment in the initial atage of operation. Said pressur releasing valve 11 is inserted, through a gasket 17, into a valve seat 14 which serves also as installation flange, and a spacer 12 is inserted onto the pressure releasing valve 11, and a bellows 13 equipped with metal edge devices 13a and 13b at both edges is installed between the valve seat 14 and the edge part of te spacer 12. A spring pressing plate 18 is installed onto the pressure releasing valve 11 by a nut 19, and a coil spring 17 is installed between the pressing plate 18 and the metal edge device 13b. |
