The invention relates to a hinged register flap which bears a register consisting of names. The object of the invention is to construct the flap in such a way as to allow easy exchange of the flap in the case of damage. The object is achieved by a two-part construction of the register flap, both parts being connected to one another by engagement. It can be used for telephone implements (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
