摘要 PURPOSE:To freely design special sensitivity distribution to X-rays, by providing a sensitivity distributing means for predetermining the sensitivity of a plurality of detectors corresponding to the position thereof. CONSTITUTION:The detector 1 for an X-ray computer tomography apparatus having an opening width A is constituted of scintillator materials 2 formed of a crosstalk preventing agent and adhered by adhesives 3, a membrane 5 integrated therewith through transparent adhesives 4, 6 and a photodiode 6. The membrane 5 is made large in light transmission characteristics in its central part as compared with the end part thereof and the material 2 of its central part is formed as a sensitivity distributing means of which the sensitivity distribution becomes higher than the material 2 of the end part thereof. By this constitution, the design of special sensitivity distribution to X-rays becomes free regardless of the kind of a scintillator. In this case, a similar result is obtained even if sensitivity distribution is electrically performed by applying a different wt. to X-ray detection output.
