<p>PURPOSE:To detect an accurate input position from the voltage or current ratio and to simplify the production of plane coordinate input sheet by providing a group of parallel electrodes formed by setting detection sheets on an insulated base plate with a fixed space and a resistor layer which are set vertical to said electrode group to connect those electrodes to each other. CONSTITUTION:Plural electrodes 1 are set in parallel to each other on the insulated base plate 4 with fixed intervals W2 to form an electrode group. This electrode group is distributed to detection sheets 6 and 8 respectively which are used to a plane coordinate input device. At the same time, a resistor layer 3 is set vertical to the electrode group to connect the electrodes 1 to each other. A plastic and conductive pressure-sensitive sheet 7 is put on the sheet 6 consisting of the isnulated base plate 4a having said constitution. Then the sheet 8 containing an electrode group 1Y formed on insulated base plate 4b is put on the sheet 7, and an insulated protecting sheet 9 is put on the sheet 8. In this case, the electrode groups 1X and 1Y of the sheets 6 and 8 are set vertical to each other. In addition, the layer 3 uses a metallic thin film applied with electroplating.</p> |
