PURPOSE:To obtain high demagnetization resistivity and high output by combining integrally a bond magnetic combining rare earth/boron/iron series magnet powder including heavy rare earth elements with a binder and a bond magnet combining rare earth/boron/iron series magnet powder including light rear earth elements with a binder. CONSTITUTION:A field permanent magnet 1 integrally combines a first region 2 having a high residual magnetic flux density and a second region 3 having a high coersive force. The second region 2 is a bond magnet consisting of the magnet powder of 80-98wt% composed of R1 (one or more among the elements eliminating Dy, Tb, Ho from the rare earth elements including Y) in an atomic ratio of 8-30%, B of 2-28% and the remainder which is substantially Fe and a binder of 20-2wt%. The region 3 is bond magnet consisting of the magnet powder of 80-98wt% composed of R2 (at least one of Dy, Tb, Ho and R1) in an atomic ratio of 8-30%, B of 2-28% and the remainder which is substantially Fe and a binder of 20-2wt%. |
