PURPOSE:To permit the wearing of the sliding members only even though sliding surfaces are contacted and permit to prevent heating and seizing or the like of the sliding surfaces by a method wherein sliding layers are provided on the curved surfaces of respective rotors, the inside surface of a housing and the inside surface of a rear plate and clearances between respective sliding surfaces are reduced. CONSTITUTION:The sliding member 35b, made of phenol resin, carbon, epoxy or the like, is bonded to the inside surface of the housing 2 and the similar sliding member 35a is bonded to the inside surface of the rear plate 3. The similar sliding members are also bonded onto the curved peripheral surfaces of first and second rotors 20, 21. According to this method, respective sliding surfaces are buried by the sliding members 35a, 35b and air will never leak through the clearances thereof. Even though the clearances become small and the sliding surfaces are contacted with each other, only the sliding members 35a, 35b are worn out, abnormal sounds, heating or the like will never be generated and seizing, locking or the like may be prevented.
