PURPOSE:To reduce generation of flaws and to ensure a high contrast display of key symbols, etc. by applying fine mat treatments to the entire surface excluding a display window part and a photodetecting window part, rough mat treatment to a display window part and a photodetecting window part on the surface of a surface treated sheet. CONSTITUTION:The key symbols 9 of a keyboard part are first printed on the rear side of a surface treated sheet 1, and a substrate 8 is printed on the symbols 9 in order to cover the inside of a frame 2 when the sheet 1 is bonded to the frame 2. Then a mat treatment is applied to the entire surface of the sheet 1 excluding a display window part 4 and a photodetecting window part 5 in order to prevent the light reflection and flaws. A mat treated part 6 is obtained by a fine mat treatment thus the light reflection and flaws are prevented. Then a rough mat treatment is applied to the parts 4 and 5 respectively. Thus it is possible to reduce effectively the light reflection and flaws on the surface of the sheet 1 while minimizing the deterioration of the display contrast and the reduction of incident light.
