The invention relates to a screen lining with two screen trays, arranged one on top of the other, with a plurality of replaceable screen elements which are arranged one next to the other in the same plane and made of elastic material. The screen elements have, on their underside, grooves in which mutually parallel rails of a supporting substructure, which has in particular cross members, lie with their upper bent-over end. Two rails which lie in adjacent screen elements are formed by a single, upwardly open (central) profile. For the purpose of arranging a second screen tray under the first screen tray, the profile is lengthened downwards so far that its underside lies at a lower position than the underside of the second screen tray. In the lower region of the profile, in each case one rail is attached on each side, which rails lie in grooves in the underside of the screen elements of the second screen tray.
