PURPOSE:To improve the analyzing precision by analyzing continuously many samples while checking automatically the deterioration of an analytic reagent and confirming that the reaction is finished normally. CONSTITUTION:When a vessel 4 of a reagent blank liquid after the lapse of prescribed times t1-t3 after the preparation attains respectively the situations A-C, the light of a source 10 enters detectors 13, 16, 19 after transmitting said reagent blank liqud and filters 12, 15, 18 through optical fibers 11, 14, 17. The detected signal from each said detector enters a multiplexer 20 to select the standard specified wave length, then enters a memory 23 through an absorbance converter 21, and each absorbance of the reagent blank liquid after the lapse of each time is stored. Similarly, each absorbance after starting the reaction of the sample reaction liquid is stored, and said each absorbance enters a discriminating part 24, the prescribed calculation is performed. As the result, the concn. of the component to be analyzed is displayed if every each numerical value is above the threshold value, on the other hand the analytical abnormality is displayed if any value is below the threshold value. |
