PURPOSE:To eliminate the process of setting a molding on to a transfer jig by performing a thermal transfer processing with a transfer paper printed with an ink containing a sublimating dye or the like before a molding after injection molded is discharged from a die. CONSTITUTION:A plastic molding is made and left on a male die 6 with a vertical injection molding machine 3 and then, moved rotatively to a transfer station by turning a rotary table 7. An ink 12 of a transfer film 11 is directed to the side of the molding and the molding is positioned exactly with an ink pattern 12 by a photoelectric tube positioning device 13 and then, a heating rubber plate 9 lowered with a cylinder 10 to press them together on the back of the transfer film 11. Thus, a sublimating dye or a hot-melt shifting dye in the ink is transferred into the molding. |
