PURPOSE:To prevent discoloration due to a developer contained in an emulsion by incorporating a specified amine compd. in a resin-coated paper base. CONSTITUTION:A compd. represented by formula ( I ) or its salt of an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium, or the like is added to a paper base in an amt. of >=50mg/m<2>, and it is coated with a resin capable of forming a film. As the developer, silver halide developing agents including their precursors, such as hydroquinone or 3-pyrazolidone, are used. The developer is contained in constituent layers in an amt. of <=5g/cm<2>. The addition of this compd. prevents discoloration of not only a paper base layer but also of the constituent layers. |
