摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-alloy stainless steel with improved hot workability, corrosion resistance and heat resistance by adding specified amount of C, Si, Mn, P, Cr, Ni, N, etc., restricting the amounts of S and O, and specifying the relation among those components. CONSTITUTION:This high-alloy stainless steel consists of 0.005-0.3% C, <=5% Si, <=8% Mn, <=0.04% P, 15-35% Cr, 5-40% Ni, 0.01-0.5% N, <=30ppm S, <=50ppm O, 0.01-0.10% Al and/or Ti, 0.001-0.03% Ca and/or Ce and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. In the composition, the value of deltacal (%) represented by the equation [where each component expresses the amount (wt%) of it] is regulated to >=-10%, and an equation [S+O-0.8Ca-0.3Ce] ppm<=40 [where each component expresses the amount (ppm) of it] is satisfied. This alloy having said regulated composition does not cause crack and spill during hot rolling.
