摘要 PURPOSE:To form easily a uniform synthetic resin layer on the surface of glass bottle, by changing the gradient of a bottle in such a range that the mouth of the bottle is not rotated from directly above to directly below while turning the preheated glass bottle, attaching synthetic resin powder, melting it. CONSTITUTION:The glass bottle 1 fixed to the operation lever 1 is preheated to >= the melting temperature of synthetic resin powder (180-350 deg.C) to be coated by the heater 6, the bottle 2 is arranged below the storage tank 3 of synthetic resin powder as it is rotated at 20-60rpm, the mouth of the bottle 2 is inclined in such a degree (45 deg.) that the mouth of the bottle is not positioned directly above, the resin powder is sprinkled on the bottle, the bottle 2 is made level, and the resin powder is sprinkled on it. The bottle 2 is then inclined in such a degree that the mouth of the bottle 2 is not positioned directly below, the resin powder is sprinkled on the bottle, the bottle 2 is heated by the heater 6, the resin is melted to form the resin layer 4 with 0.5-3mm. thickness, and the resin is cooled to form the synthetic resin layer 5. Consequently, glass bottles difficult to be broken can be produced efficiently and inexpensively without introducing the synthetic resin powder into the interior of the bottles.
