PURPOSE:To suppress as much as possible a transmission loss of light in a branched part by making a hole on a plastic transparent body for transmitting illuminating light from the outside circumference, inserting an image fiber, and also coupling it with a salt solution pipe. CONSTITUTION:An image fiber 5 and a salt solution pipe 18 are branched in a branch mount 17. As for an illuminating light transmitting plastic transparent body 12, not only a physiological salt solution hole 14 but also a fiber inserting hole 13 are provided. With respect to the hole 13 and the hole 14, a fiber inserting hole 20 and a pipe 18 inserting hole 21 are perforated from the outside circumference of the transparent body 12. The pipe 18 is partially inserted into the physiological salt solution hole and is adhered. In this way, a loss of illuminating light in the branched part of the fiber 5, etc. from the transparent body 12 is comparatively small, and working of the branched part is compartatively easy. |
