PURPOSE:To execute the forecasting of a replenishment time of a toner and a preparation for the replenishment by operating approximatively the remaining quantity of a toner in a vessel by form size and a sheet number to confirm by a displaying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A form size detecting device 1 and a copy sheet number detecting device 2 are provided in a copying machine to detect the form size and its sheet number and sent to an operating circuit 3, and the sum corresponding to the quantity of consumption of a toner is obtained by multiplying these numerical values in this circuit. This sum can be added successively at every copy by the circuit 3, and also, on the other hand, the set reference value of a reference circuit 4 is compared with said sum by a comparing circuit 5, so that the remaining quantity of a toner in a toner vessel is informed successively by displaying method, for instance, five consecutive light emitting diodes, etc. are used to turn on successively in accordance with the remaining quantity. |
