PURPOSE:To enhance a winding space factor without damaging the insulating coating of a wire by aligning and winding a coil on an aligning and winding jig, compression molding the coil while mounting the wound coil on the jig, winding an insulating sheet, and sealing the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A wire 6 is wound through insulating paper 5 on a winding jig 2. The wire 6 is wound on a bobbin 7, and supplied through a wire guide 8, a tension 59 and a wire guide 4 to the winding jig 2. The jig 2 is rotatably driven by a motor 3 to wind the wire 6. When the coil is aligned and wound on the jig, the coil is compression molded by compression molding means (b), (b') and a coil molding machine 12. Then, the paper 5 is wound by an insulating paper bending machine 17. |
