PURPOSE:To prevent overheat of internal tightening structure without increase of apparatus and simplify the wiring of lead wires by forming the portion of internal tightening structure opposing almost at a right angle to the lead wire extended from a winding in such a constitution that the magnetic flux can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:The lead wire 4 is disposed almost at a right angle to a flat plate 8 in the winding side and an upper flat plate 7. The minimum interval between the edges of upper flat plate 7 and flat plate 8 in the side of winding and the lead wire 4 is determined by an insulating class in the lower voltage side. 12 is a cut-away part formed on the upper flat plate 7 at the area opposing to the lead wire 4. An interval with the lead wire 4 becomes large at this area by providing a cut-away part 12 to the upper flat plate 7 and overheat can be prevented by reducing the flux. The cut-away part 12 can also be provided in the side of flat plate 8 of winding. Moreover, when there is no problem in the strength of upper tightening metal 6, it can be provided to both the upper flat plate 7 and flat plate 8 in the side of winding.
