PURPOSE:To prevent effectively deterioration of a picture quality due to notches of a picture by constituting so that a paper feed motor is not driven while an alternately read type heat sensible recording head is recording a received picture, and the paper feed motor is driven after recording of the received picture is ended. CONSTITUTION:(a), (b) and (c) denote a figure for showing an electric conduction timing of an alternate read type heat sensible recording head 4, a figure for showing a driving timing of a paper feed motor 7, and a figure for showing a displacement of a movement of recording paper respectively. A head electric conduction pulse of one line portion is massed so as to be front-justified as much as possible, an idle time T for driving the paper feed motor 7 is made, and the paper feed motor 7 is driven in a state that recording is not executed. The first paper feed is executed a little before electric conduction and recording to an electrode CH2 are ended, and the second paper feed is executed after some delay. The paper feed motor 7 generates an actual displacement after a constant delay, after a motor driving request is received. Accordingly, by taking such a facsimile recording controlling system as above, it is possible to form a state that recording paper does not move at all when a picture being recorded.
