PURPOSE:To readily and effectively connect the end face of coil strands to a commutator plate by coupling the end face of coil strands which are superposed radially via a coupling material, and bonding one end of a jumper wire to the end face of the coil strands. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12 formed of coil strands 1 are engaged with each other, and the end face of the strands 1 which are superposed radially is sequentially bonded via a coupling material 32 which is flat on the upper surface to form a coil unit for forming an electrically closed loop. A commutator plate 31 is mounted on one end of the coil unit. A commutator segment 19 is formed on the surface of the plate 31. One end of the jumper wire 20 is placed on and bonded to the end face of the strands 1, and the other end is contacted with the segment 19. |
