The mould consists of two parts with cavity whose upper part is extended into a number of capillary or thread-like spaces. One of the parts is provided with an injection chamber in which the thermoplastic material is kept at fusion temp. by heating elements. The other fixed part consists of cavity and, above that, ejection chamber in which is situated the ejector system for demoulding the part, with ejection elements like capillaries. The ejection elements are disposed over 3 carrier plates, in each of which are one-third of the heads of stems. After mould closure, the thermoplastic material is injected through the common channel, and the part finally demoulded by advance of the ejector system.
