PURPOSE:To reduce unbalanced distribution of magnetic flux of each path of iron core and reduce iron loss by making larger the cross section of internal iron core in the range of particular times than the cross section of external iron core. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase 5-leg iron core is formed by laminating a yoke magnetic plate obtained by cutting a directional silicon steel belt at an angle of 45 deg. and the leg magnetic plate having two internal cores 11, 12 where the one leg is mutually adjacent and two external cores provided in contact with the external portion of said two internal cores. The core punching width forming internal core 11 is larger than the core punching width forming external core and cross section of internal core 11 is larger than that of external core 13. Distribution of magnetic flux of each magnetic path is uniformed by setting the cross section of internal core 11 to 1.08-1.25 times the cross section of external core 13. Thereby, magnetic flux density can be lowered and total iron loss can also be lowered. |
