PURPOSE:To prevent a paper from changing of its nature due to feeding by providing a shaft to feed a roll paper successively by rotation with a brake device to control the revolution for feeding the paper steadily. CONSTITUTION:When a feed roll 3 is operated by an external signal, a shaft 5 is rotated with a board member 11 pressing a bearing 6, and a roll paper 1 is successively unrolled and fed passing between rolls 3 and 4. At this stage, a brake device, a brake roll 20 is brought in contact with a board member 23. But the frictional resistance between the roll 20 and the board member 23 is not so large that the revolution of the shaft 5 is not interfered. When a conveying means, the roll 3, is stopped, the shaft 5 is further rotated by inertia force to send out the paper 1. But, such inertia energy is absorbed by the frictional resistance between a surface layer 22 of the brake roll 20 and the board member 23 to stop the shaft 5 for sure. That is, the roll 3 and the shaft 5 are stopped almost at the same time. |
