PURPOSE:To offer a Josephson circuit provided with a timing pulse generator which is capable of supplying a timing pulse with high accuracy and stably by generating a timing pulse synchronizing with an AC power source by a pulse generator, and adjusting it to a desired timing by a delaying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A timing pulse generator 310 is constituted of an SGA circuit 311 and Josephson interference type OR gate 312. The circuit 311 generates a Q output 313 or a Q output 314 the moment it enters an active time. An output of the OR gate 312 is delayed by a desired timing through a delaying circuit 320, and inputted to a timed invertor 104. The delaying circuit 320 is constituted by utilizing a superconductive thin film for forming a Josephson circuit, and an insulating film, or constituted of what is called a chain circuit, which is formed by connecting in series a Josephson interference type OR gate 315. |
