Two perforated sections 1 and 2 are coupled together in that claws 7 and 8 on claw pieces 3 and 4 cooperate with the inner side of section 2 and with hole edges 5 on section 1. The sections are pulled together as the centre portions of the claw pieces are being constricted by means of a screw orthogonal relative to the plane of the paper.
