PURPOSE:To obtain titled parts which have a sufficient performance and also are inexpensive and small-sized without using a ground electric conductor connecting electric conductor extending over a wide range, by constituting each ground terminal of an input terminal and an output terminal, of a Y-type terminal which connects electrically ground electric conductors of both faces of an insulating substrate by an edge of the insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:As for a substrate 40 having an insulating property, the whole except a terminal installing part of its rear side is covered with a ground electric conductor. An input signal terminal 48a is connected to a signal electric conductor 44a, and input ground terminal 48b is connected to a ground electric conductor 42a, also, the first output signal terminal 50a and the first output ground terminal 50b are connected to a signal electric condcutor 44g and a ground electric conductor 42, respectively, and also, the second output signal terminal 52a and the second output ground terminal 52b are connected to a signal electric conductor 44e and a ground electric conductor 42b, respectively, and fixed to the edge of the substrate 40. Moreover, in the part of the ground terminals 48b, 50b and 52b, the ground electric conductors of the surface and the rear side are connected by a Y-type terminal 64, by which the ground electric conductor of the surface of the insulating substrate is kept at the same potential in any part, and even if the circuit element is placed concentrically, the impedance matching can be gained. |
