PURPOSE:To perform tapping machining with high precision by shifting a tool in the relative depth direction against a work in synchronization with the rotation of a main shaft while it is rotated by enertia after a stop command of the main shaft is issued. CONSTITUTION:After a tapping tool 4 reaches a target position Pe, a stop command of a main shaft is issued, and the tool 4 is shifted to a point Pm in the depth Z axis direction in synchronization with the rotation of the main shaft while it is rotated by inertia, the main shaft is rotated in the opposite direction to that when cutting at the point Pm after the inertial rotation is stopped, and also it is fed to an approach point Pr while being reversely rotated, then it is positively rotated at the point Pr to complete a series of tapping machining. |
