PURPOSE:To fit the titled tray to a chucking by tweezers by forming grooves, which divide each of pockets receiving IC chips and extend, to the bottom of the tray to which a plurality of the pockets are shaped. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 6, which divide each of pockets 1a receiving integrated circuit chips 2 and extend, are formed to the bottom of a tray 1 to which a plurality of the pockets 1a are shaped. Grooves 6 such as ones, which divide equally each of the pockets 1a into four crosswise and extend, are formed, and the grooves 6 have depth, which is deeper than the bottom of the pocket 1a and intrudes into the main body of the IC chip tray 1. Accordingly, when the IC chip 2 is chucked from the four corners by four pins, the pins are moved without any hindrance in the direction that they are shifted toward the IC chip 2 because the grooves 6 are formed in the vertical direction of each side of the pocket 1a, and the pins are chucked completely. |
