<p>PURPOSE:To improve circulation of a treatment solution in all parts of loop yarn, a microorganism substrate, by making a tape flocked with a great number of loop yarn on one side into a spiral state at intervals while laying the flocked part of the loop yarn outside. CONSTITUTION:The tape 1 flocked with a great number of the loop yarn 2 on one side is made into a coil and retained while the flocked face of the loop yarn is laid outside and intervals are made between spirals. The diameter of a carrier and the distance between the spirals can be properly set as occasion demands without being limited by thickness and shape of the core and the setting density of the loop yarn in a treatment bath can be freely regulated.</p> |
