PURPOSE:The titled agent, containing mustard, Hydrangeae aspera D. Don and Chelidonium majus L. as active constituents, and capable of exhibiting moderate stimulation to the skin. CONSTITUTION:A skin stimulating agent containing a mustard, e.g. seeds of Brassica juncea Czern, or Brassica nigra Koch, etc., Hydrangeae aspera D. Don of the subfamily Ribesioideae of the family Saxifragaceae and whole herb of Chelidonium majus L. in the dosage form of cataplasma, ointment, solution, adhesive application agent, etc. The amounts of the active constituents are 0.1- 30wt% mustard in the form of powder based on the base material, 0.05-10wt% in the form of extract, 0.2-20wt% Hydrangeae aspera D. Don in the form of powder and 0.1-10wt% in the form of extract, 0.1-15wt% Chelidonium majus L. in the form of powder and 0.05-10wt% in the form of extract. The above- mentioned stimulating agent exhibits the blood stream promoting action, relieving action on stiffness and pain, etc., and the action is rapid and prolonged for a long period. |
