Two hollow structural parts 1 and 2 are joined by means of a coupling device 3, 4 with prongs 7, 8, which interact with the inside of the structural part 2 and hole edges 5 in the structural part 1. The bond is tightened when the central parts of the coupling device are tensioned by means of a bolt perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
