PURPOSE:To adjust a head with high accuracy by irradiating the light to a head chip provided to a rotary disk through an image pickup part of a microscope and at the same time providing an optical polarizing means to the inside of said pickup part to lead a head chip image to an ITV camera. CONSTITUTION:Microscope image pickup parts 65 and 66 are provided at the position of a base 61 set symmetrically to a positioning device 62 which is loaded with a rotary magnetic disk 11. Thus the light of a lamp 98 led into a lens barrel main body 91 is irradiated to a head chip 142 through an objective lens 92, and the reflected light is reflected again by a half mirror 101 to form an image on an image pickup surface of an ITV camera 105. Both video signals are displayed on the divided upper and lower parts of a screen by a monitor TV 106. A TV controller 107 projects a vertical electron line 108 and horizontal electron lines 109 and 110 which are used as the adjusting standards on the screen of the TV 106. |
