[Class 2 (iii)] Sulphanilamido-pyrimidines are prepared by reacting p-aminobenzenesulphonyl fluoride with primary or secondary amines of the pyrimidine series. The products possess therapeutic properties. Examples are given of the interaction of p-aminobenzenesulphonyl fluoride with 2-amino-4:6-dimethylpyrimidine and 2- aminopyrimidine.
