For the purpose of providing an improved quartz-crystal tuning-fork vibrator circuit component free from the influence of external stresses, a vibrator element (15) is fixed in two notches (48) made in the ends of rods (47) passing in a sealed manner through a mount (49). A hood (50) engages in a sealed manner with the mount (49), so as to cover and envelop the vibrator element (15) completely. The connection polarities are offered in parallel through the base of the vibrator (15), for connection to the two rods (47). Such a circuit component comprising a tuning-fork vibrator can be made in miniature form and is particularly suitable for use in a wristwatch. <IMAGE>
