摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic head of amorphous alloy having excellent wear resistance and durability by adhering glass to an amorphous alloy having an oxide film containing a crystalline oxide containing mainly cobalt or iron on its surface. CONSTITUTION:The glass 3 is adhered to an amorphous alloy 1 having an oxide film containing a crystalline oxide containing mainly cobalt or iron on its surface. A temperature lower than that of crystallization is desired to form the oxide film on the surface of an amorphous alloy. That is, 150-500 deg.C are desirable and 250-400 deg.C are more desirable along with pressure set at 40- 200atm. and more desirably at 60-100atm. The processing time is generally set at 0.5- 100hr and more deisrably at 5-24hr. The thickness is set at 0.01-5mum and more desirably at 0.1-1mum. |
