NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R<1> is (2-oxo)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro- quinolyl, indolyl, benzothiazolyl, (S-oxidized) 3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzothiazinyl; R<2> is H, alkenyl, benzyl, etc.; R<3> and R<4> are H, alkyl or together form a bond] or its salt. EXAMPLE:2-Allyl-5-methyl-6-( 1-methyl-2-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinolin-6-yl )-4,5- dihydro-1,2,3-triazin-3(2H)-one. USE:Remedy for hypertension, thromobosis and ulcer of humans and animal. PREPARATION:The compound of formula II (R<4>a is H or alkyl) is made to react with the compound of formula R<2>a-Y is (R<2>a is R<2> other than H; Y is acid residue) in a solvent, optionally in the pressence of a base, to obtain the corresponding compound of formula I .
