PURPOSE:To debug data flow language programs unit by unit when the data flow language programs are converted into the 2nd high level language programs, by individually implementing tables representing a program starting point and number of each unit, etc. CONSTITUTION:An HYPER COBOL program 11 is converted into a COBOL program 13 by means of a COBOL compiler processing section 12. Areas of a UNTSTA table 20, UNTUNT table 21, and UNTSA table 22 are added into the data of the COBOL program 13. A COBOL compiler processing section 14 translates the COBOL program 13 and implements a load module 15 and debug file 16 by compiling the translated program. To the debug file 16, addresses in the load module 15 corresponding to each data name and procedure name are outputted. |
