<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate virtually deterioration of measurement quality due to surface spots, by installing a rotating disk with an optical filter provided with a number of slits distributed with a distance capable of dividing a light flux located in an incident path into divisions more than 2 and a slit board of fixed type provided with a plurality of slits corresponding to said slits. CONSTITUTION:Rotations of a rotating disc 7 causes a light emitted from a source lamp 1, at every time when an optical filter window 12 of rotating section 9 crosses a light flux (b) to become an incident light formed successively by optical filters 13-15 and it is divided by slits 16, 16 on a slitted disc 10 and further, as a stationary slited disc 17 is located in the same optical path, its intensity is changed. An incident light, at each wavelength obtained, changing to have 3 peaks, reflected by a reflecting mirror 4, lights an object (a) subject to measurement, and a reflected light reflected on the surface is collected by a concave mirror 5 and after it is converted to an electric signal by a light- electricity converting element 6 and then, it is delivered to a computer processing unit 19. Taking advangage of absorbing characteristic, a water content of water of the object (a) is measured.</p> |
