摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the rate of utilization of a heat collector and to make it possible to operate the titled solar heat utilization plant economically by a method wherein in the solar heat utilization plant provided with a plurality of heat storage tanks, an auxiliary heat source is used additionally in case where there is a shortage of thermal energy in the heat collector. CONSTITUTION:Solar heat is absorbed in a heat medium passing through the heat collector 1 and the high temperature heat medium reaches a heat exchanger 2 through a heat medium system 3 and after exchanging heat with water, it is returned to the heat collector through a pump 4. On the other hand, the water supplied into the heat exchanger 2 through a water tank 5 is heated to an elevated temperature as a result of its heat exchange with the heat medium. Further, the thermal conditions of the hot water thus obtained are detected by temperature detectors 7a to 7n and control valves 9a to 9n are controled by the detected temperature conditions of the hot water so that supply water is distributed into the heat storage tanks 8a to 8n. In this case, when a temperature detector 10 detects that the temperature of the heat medium system 3 has fallen to below a predetermined value due to the lowering of the amount of insolation, a flow rate control valve 12 is opened and the auxiliary heat source 11 is used additionally to thereby elevate the temperature of the heat medium system 3.
