PURPOSE:To improve the formability of a light control surface without change in transparency and to improve mechanical strength by forming a light control member of a silicone resin and joining the light control member to a glass base plate by the self-adhesion of the silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 1 has a plate surface consisting of a flat transparent glass plate which is formed into a disc shape. A light control member 2 is formed of a plate-shaped body consisting of a silicone resin having transparency, heat resistance, resilience and self-adhesiveness. The one surface thereof is formed to a light control surface 3 and the other surface to a flat surface 4. Since the joining of the member 2 to the surface 5 of the plate 1 is accomplished by the self-adhesiveness that arises when the silicone resin is heated and cured at about 100 deg.C, the stage for adhesion is omitted and the transparency is satisfactorily maintained without inclusions between the member 2 and the plate 1 and further the light control body is hardly strippable and has improved mechanical strength. |
